I’ve been working with Nadia Staley on a regular basis now for 18 months. I’ve seen amazing results. I’m more toned and much stronger, have lost weight and am in the best shape I’ve been in years. Not only that I really enjoy Nadia's gentle but firm approach and am grateful for her thoughtful knowledge of physiology learned from her ballet background, which keeps me safe from injury. Her awareness and care and careful inquiry at the beginning and end of each session means I can iron out any small areas of tension coming up every now and again. I highly recommend her but don’t want her to be in too much demand!

I look forward to my weekly Zoom Barre sessions with Nadia. As a new recruit to Barre, I am finding it a really good full body workout and the sessions are keeping me strong and fit in lockdown. Nadia is a brilliant instructor. She communicates very clearly with the group, works at a good pace and each week adds some variety to the programme. Try it!

I really enjoy working almost daily with Nadia. She has a lot of patience with me! She takes a gentle and kind approach to our sessions and to exercise in general. She is knowledgeable through her PT training but also due to her background as a dancer. I really recommend her!

I am delighted with the one to one classes with Nadia. They work very well on Zoom and there is little difference from being in the same room. Nadia understands my training objectives and she always runs a bespoke session for me, varying it each week. It is hard work but enjoyable and the hour passes surprisingly quickly. I feel that I have worked hard and had a well rounded workout by the end of the hour. I can already see the benefits of one to one training. Nadia is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend her as a personal trainer.
